We only process messages sent to our business WhatsApp number, such as price inquiries or order information. We do not collect or access personal messages from user devices or private WhatsApp accounts.

- Content shared in incoming WhatsApp messages (e.g., text, PDFs, images)
b. Usage Data:
- Device IP address
- Browser and operating system details
- Timestamps of service usage
- Diagnostic and performance data
c. Device Access (with permission):
- Received files (documents/images) via WhatsApp for processing business communication
We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or message history.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely for:
- Receiving, processing, and storing incoming WhatsApp messages directed to our business number
- Uploading attachments (such as documents and images) to Azure Blob Storage
- Logging and archiving message content in Azure Cosmos DB for reporting and analysis
- Responding to legitimate requests sent to our WhatsApp number
3. Legal Basis & Consent
We process personal data based on:
- Legitimate interest: for handling supplier/customer communication
- Consent: when required for optional features (e.g., storing attachments)
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing. We may share limited data with:
- Microsoft Azure (for cloud storage and infrastructure)
- Legal authorities when required by law
5. Data Storage & Retention
Data is securely stored using:
- Azure Blob Storage: for file attachments
- Azure Cosmos DB: for message content
We retain data only for as long as needed for business or legal obligations.
